This guide will show you how to cancel a student’s access to your course. 

You will need the following:

• Student details
• Course
• Clickera account

Login to your clickera account and navigate to “Products/Sales” (number 1 in the image below), then click on “students” (number 2 in the image below).

On the next page, navigate to the student you want to remove. Click on the “eye icon” (number 3 in the image below) on the student’s name.

Choose the course you want to remove the student from and click the “bin icon” (number 4 in the image below) next to the course. 

You’ll get a confirmation pop-up, click "okay" and you’re done!
